1. What is a banner exchange?
   A banner exchange as run by superbanners.co.uk is a series of websites, that have signed up and agree to show other sites banners on their website. Once joined you are given a unique piece of code, you then cut and paste into your pages — this code will display banners of other members on your site.

   Your banners are displayed on the many other sites — all members of superbanners.co.uk exchange. Users on those sites click your banners and land on your site. This increases traffic on your site and generates more sales.

2. What is the exchange ratio?
   We run a banner exchange ratio of 3:4, so for every 4 banners you show on your site - your banner will be shown once on 3 other members sites
   
3. Why use a banner exchange?
   It is a very cost effective method of advertising your website. It costs you nothing! The more traffic you exchange - the more users come to and from your site, meaning that your site is exposed to a greater number of people, which ultimately converts into higher sales.
   
4. How many banners can I use?
   You can upload a maximum of 3 banners per group. There are 3 groups based on the size of the banner. If you wish to use all 3 networks (468x60, 120x60, 120x600) you will be able to upload a maximum of 9 banners. These banners can be in gif, jpg & flash formats
   
5. Do I have any control over my banners?
   You can pause and resume displaying your banners on other sites at any time. While your account is paused you still earn impressions for displaying banners on your site. This can be handy if you are planning a campaign or a new product launch. You can add, modify or delete your banners at any time. When members make any changes to configuration of their banners, they are temporarily excluded from the rotation until the changes are verified by our staff. This usually takes less then 12 hours. By doing manual verification we maintain high quality of members banner being exchanged and guarantee that system has only approved banners.
   
6. Do you provide statistics?
   Yes. We provide detailed traffic and banner statistics to allow you monitor traffic, impressions and clicks (CTR) for every banner individually as well as overall performance.
